The miscommunication wasn't a problem, but this lady was immediately unpleasant. I just walked out.

I go here all the time & they do a very good job. had my hair all bleach & they helped me get a cut that looks good cutting out the beach little at a time . I think they are great .
Have always had decent hair cuts here, and left happy. There have been 2 separate times where I have left completely unsatisfied. Both by the same woman. I walk in and first thing I hear is how much she wants to go home. Perfect attitude to have, and then completely jacks my hair up. Will not return.

I walk in there and there's one stylist there. She sighs and walks to me. She asked if I signed in and I misheard her and said "what?". She apparently misheard me as well, because she asked for my name and then got an attitude when she saw that I wasn't in there (obviously).
