The best pedicures in town. They actually take their time to massage which is my favorite part. Clean and very friendly. The prices are also very good for what you get 40 for the special Milk and Honey pedicure that cleans, exfoliates, trims, shapes, cuticles, scrub, lotion, mask and hot towel all the while massaging during all applications and massages the lotion till it is fully absorbed into the skin. So relaxing. I also get artificial nails here and have tried both acrylic and gel. Both have been fantastic with no lifting or damage. I have had a hard time finding somewhere to bond the nail so that they wont lift on the corners before my next appt. I don't request a specific person and have had a variety of technicians all of which have been better than any other place I have visited in town. Give them a try! I don't know why there are any bad reviews on here of them! :)

-The polish was uneven and blotchy.

I got a pedicure on a Thursday and the next day the white tips had chipped already. I got a french pedicure. They were very busy which I understood and was very patient with them as I was not in a hurry. The gentleman who did my pedicure didn't even paint straight lines for the french pedicure so I kept pointing that out (when I am typically not very picky but when you're paying for it I'd like the lines to be straight at least), and he put one coat of clear coat on that has already chipped and he didn't even cover the whole nail of each nail with the clear coat. Overall very bad pedicure. The service itself wasn't bad, the product was terrible. I would like a refund for the services because I'm extremely disappointed.

I've been twice now for a basic manicure. The first time, my polish had chipped by the following evening, but I gave them a second chance. The second time, it was awful.

-It hurt so bad when the guy pushed my cuticles back, worse than I've ever felt (and I sometimes do this to myself when I'm bored).

-He kept switching up the order he did the nails in (index first, then thumb first, then pinky first).

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! The absolute worse place in town. I made an appointment last Thursday for a mani/pedi at 3 p.m. on Friday. Showed up and they acted like I never called to schedule. Waited 15 min and left. The worse time management of any place I've been. Never again!

-And to top it off, he had me pay while my nails were drying instead of before the polish like a logical person, so receipts were falling all over the place at the drying stand, and I had to dig out my wallet with wet nails. (I'd have asked to pay before the polish, but I incorrectly assumed that I wouldn't be charged because of the 30% injury rate on my cuticles.)

I always get a gel deluxe pedicure here and it's always quality work. For something like only $50 I get a 20 minute leg massage, hot towel, and gel polish that lasts around 4 months. The staff has always been kind to me although wait times can be between 5 minutes and an hour. Even after youre seated you can wait half an hour sometimes. However, their manicures don't seem worth it. The first and last time I got a mani there it was with someone who had only been a nail technician for a month and my nails ended up worse than what I would've done myself. But, when I asked if she could fix them, someone more experienced took over and redid all of my nails at no extra cost.

-He didn't make my nails the shape I asked for.

EDIT: This manicure chipped less than 24 hours from service. It's now been 48 hours, and there is one single nail left with intact polish.

-He made THREE of 10 cuticles bleed when he cut them. (Later, he tried to justify it by saying that cuticles should be oval like his.)
