Went to groom last month. First hair cut in Morgantown. I liked the overall experience. I had the hair cut by Meghan. She did a great job with my hair and the reason I am writing this review is because of the effort she put in to make it look great. Overall ambience of the place is ok but can be better. Finding the location can be a bit of hassle since the GPS did not exactly locate the salon. Price is on the higher side but I felt it was worth it.
Tried to make an appointment and they could not have been more rude to me on the phone. Do not recommend

Pretty disappointed. I checked the hours on the website before leaving (6pm was closing), and I left my house around 5 pm. I sat in traffic for awhile, and arrived at approximately 5:30 pm. The woman in there was cleaning the floor, and told me they were closing. She claimed they take their last appointment at 5:25 pm, and then just let me leave. Not only was this a five minute difference in time, the store hours are until 6 pm. You might as well make the hours end at 5 if you will turn away business like this. I'm a very business oriented man, and if an establishment can just turn away business like that, they don't deserve my service ever. I was taught the customer always comes first, and this was far from the case. If I could give zero stars I would unless Groom can find a way to fix this.
