My sister found her things COVERED in mildew and mold. They did not call, email or send an invoice or any form of notification. They ruined 80% of her items and threw it all away without notification. My nephew's baby items, and many other sentimental and non recoverable items were thrown away along with expensive furniture suits. This is NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO RENT. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!
Horrible service, they don't send you monthly statements on your bill, they don't even warn you before they cend your storage unit to auction. AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE HERE TO STEAL YOUR ITEMS!!!!
