This storage unit was easy to rent, but it is not easy to contact those who manage it. Also, they expected a 30 day notice of moving out to get my deposit back. That is not practical for many people. The area is not secure. My unit was broken into, and I let the company know. They did not return my phone call with any acknowledgement that this had happened. Even though there is not much they could have done, I felt they were not supportive of there customers. Payment must be on time, but expect little to no customer service. Look elsewhere if you can help it.
