I visited your office in Morgantown last month and spoke with one of your secretary's, about getting my money back for locking my keys in my car. I asked her to send the check to my address and not the one on the account because that address is different from my mailing address. She still sent it to the wrong ******* address causing me to have to speak to my mother, we got into a fist fight. I asked her several times "please do not forget to send that to the address I gave you." I blame your **** ***** of a secretary for this.
