My girlfriend and I placed an order for a porch swing cushion. We were told it would be around $25 because it was on clearance. That evening we were called for the credit card number and told that the order was being placed. This week we were then told that the order hasn't been placed, they can't order it, and they have one available for $60. Bait and switch much? My first shopping experience at Plow & Heath will be my last.
Nice store. I felt like I was going to bump into something and break it. They didn't have what we wanted, so they ordered it and had it shipped to us. Not sure why we couldn't have just done that ourselves.
