I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with the care I received if you could even call it that. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room in pain from my kidneys, waited another 40 in the patient room before they came to take my pee sample than after another 20 I finally saw a nurse practitioner who told me that there was no bacteria in the sample and I could get tested for kidney stones if I wanted but that they do not do that there. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know if it even is my kidneys or a pulled muscle which did not make any sense since I told her I haven't been in the gym or done any heavy lifting/ strenuous work. And on top of that it wouldn't be a muscle because the pain had moved to my other side and stomach. In the end I paid a $60 copay and got a shot for pain relief and was told to go to the ER if the pain proceeds.
Went for sinus issues. Told the nurse and doctor that I had yellow and green in my snot PLUS blood because my sinuses were so swollen. The doctor didn't give me anything and told me to use home remedies. Three days later I have a full blown sinus infection with a cough and an ear infection. When the doctor felt my throat for swelling she asked if I felt any pain and I said yes and she told her students to write down "Patient feels pain but I didn't feel anything". And that was that. Terrible doctor. Not even concerned for patients.
Don't spend enough time with patients. 3 mins with me and sent me on my way with no solution at all. Pay all that money to wait forever to speak to someone for about 3 mins(if that) Horrible horrible place I will never go back. Waste of my money. Just simply don't care what patients have to say, it's all about getting people out quick. Not quality care. Do not recommend going here.
With as much paperwork and dictation doctors have to do nowadays, it's no wonder it takes a while to get in and see someone. This location is usually pretty busy, so cut them a break... The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff were very pleasant during my visit, and I only waited about an hour... Which isn't all that bad. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews, this is a good location for quick non-emergency medical care.
I took my three year old daughter here and I felt like the doctor was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Also, the nurse was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning in the future if needed!
