I have always had great service from this facility. Dr Chaffin is remarkable, well knowledged , doesn't talk over your head and explains everything thoroughly to make sure you understand before you leave.
I highly reccomend CLUC services,, Dr. Anderson is always genuinely concerned about what he sees me for and is very knowlegable,, they have been a great help working with me through my torn rotaot cuff.
They've been closed twice now this week that I've come up there to try to be seen by a doctor. Used to love this place and the kindness I was treated with, now I don't. And will be rethinking who I come to for my urgent care needs.
Best urgent care clinic in the world! I noticed a 1 star review above me for not seeing people that have been in car accidents. ... urgent care facilities are not trauma centers, they can't manage your pain or perform emergency procedures like an ER can. They are designed to reduce the influx of non trauma related incidents in a trauma treating facility such as a hospital Emergency Department. If you are sick, maybe sprained or fractured an arm. .....go to the urgent care. But if you have a possibility of head, neck or back injury... go to the emergency department.
Dr. Chafin is thorough in explaining diagnosis and all the staff if very friendly.
