My work van was ready before i expected it to be done! i dropped my work van off for oil and rear brakes. I got a call saying my rear rotors were a speciality part and had to order and it would take a few days. it was a Friday evening so it would take until Tuesday. But Brandon I think his name was. I'm bad with names. Man with the Beard. He said he would keep trying to track down the back rotors. I didn't think there was a chance my van would be done before Tuesday. But when I stopped by to get some tools out of my van for work, he told me It was good to take home! Awsome! That means I didn't have to drive the spare work van. I picked my van up Sunday! 2 days early. He did what he told me he was going to try to do for me. Make as many calls as possible to get my van done asap. thank you
Easily the worst service I have ever received. I went & got my tire rods fixed there & they didn't re-align my tires right & ended up costing me 900 dollars to get all 4 of my brand new tires replaced. Decided to give them another chance out of pure convience & desperation. Made an appointment for 10am for a simple oil change & NOTHING else. Went back at 3pm to pick my car up & he said he "hadn't gotten to it yet." I will never give them my business ever again.
What a joke of a shop. 4 times I've taken a car there and 4 times they've been a let down. They broke my wheel hub covers on the first trip, and wouldn't own up to it. The second time they outright refused to change out a heater core for me saying it was too much work. The third time they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of my tires after a simple inspection. And now I try to stop in for a simple tire patch and they refuse to try to work me in. Worst shop in town.
The staff at NTB, especially Andrew, are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! I would recommend this location to anyone needing service for their car! Thanks Andrew and the staff at NTB Store 479 at Suncrest Town Center!!
I came in to get an oil change this morning to find that there were bigger issues that need felt with. The staff here were really professional and courteous. They showed me where the issues were, recommended several good shops that could address the issues (the problems were out of their scope of work), the topped off my fluids, made sure my tire pressure was good and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me a dime and were quick and efficient.
