The staff was friendly (Roman). I was renting off of Enterprise and from now on you will get my business. You were some what cheaper. I made reservations online and a car was ready for me when I got there. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Great job and service. The only thing I don't like is that youbarent open on the weekend. Please get that man some help. Thank you.
The Hertz rent a car at Morgantown, WV airport is a great place to rent a vehicle. The staff is very friendly and professional. You are in and out driving your rental in no time. I highly recommend to anyone.
Hertz is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and ridiculous car rental places. I was hit from behind in a wreck yesterday. Had an appointment to pick up a rental car today at 10 O'clock no one called to saying that there was no car available. As I sit in the hertz parking lot after I arranged to have a ride because my is not legal to drive.... I was told the earliest I can have a vehicle is Monday afternoon. Roman the most useless, unprofessional costumer service representative was insanely rude. I can't believe this Human has a job. I will never use hertz again and am still waiting to hear from hertz to find me a vehicle. Thank you for the emance waste of time. If I am ever forced to use hertz again I would rather walk! Please hertz get it together!
The guys at Hertz were extremely helpful when I needed a rental. The nice lady who picked me up from the car shop was so nice, drove safely even in the snow, and made me feel welcome there. They gave me a nice new Ford Fusion that was all clean and ready to go when I came to pick it up. They let me drop off the car at the car shop instead of having to take it all the way back out to the airport, which was really convenient. They even let me come back and get something I left in the car after I returned it, no added fees or anything. James was very helpful when I called with questions. I was very satisfied with Hertz!
