Best customer service - always pleasant and friendly. Fast service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This was among the worst customer service I have ever had with Enterprise. Even though the car was reserved well in advance, they were five hours late with any vehicle. That vehicle was not the full size reserved, but a much smaller vehicle. Then the manager indicated that he had no control over what vehicles were available. Why is there a reservation system if reservations are ignored. Poor planning and awful treatment of customers.
Good place. Very nice employees and will try to accomodate requests etc... Sometimes you need to wait quite a bit, but usually because of other customers. You'll sometimes get a free upgrade.
Good place to get a car but don't leave the car you drive because there now Carmen there
Came in on the busiest weekend of the year. Friendly service and efficient. Even got a free upgrade.
