I purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrack with 9,000 miles on it from this dealership in June 2017. The salesman said it would $21,000 + taxes, I ended up paying $26,000. $2,000 of that was for additional warranties for anything Subaru wouldn't pay for. Be ware if you purchase any car other than a Jeep or a Dodge for this dealership, they can not service your vehicle. They must out source it to a dealership that services your type of vehicle. I've contacted the salesman (Jaimie) and service department numerous times to set an oil change and to make arrangements to my vehicle taken to Jenkins Subaru to check out a problem I was having with the ignition. Finally, I gave up and took it to John Howard to be fixed and get an oil change. I don't trust the service department to even do an oil change (the salesman stated that the woman in the service department doesn't know what she's doing). I wouldn't have purchased the car if the salesman had told me that they couldn't service the vehicle. I don't want to deal with a middle man whose going delay service on my vehicle and charge me more for maintenance from another dealership. I'm filing a compliant with the WV Attorney General's office for a refund of the money I paid for the warranties. I'm tired of getting the run around from these scammers. Buyer be ware!!!!
I am currently in the process of buying my 3rd vehicle from Urse in Morgantown. I am working with Jamie and Ralph and they are both wonderful. They have been very helpful through all 3 sales. The employees here are all very friendly and helpful. I love the service department as well. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a new or used car
I purchased my vehicle back in Dec and it was the smoothest purchase ever! Deon was my salesman, he handled every detail for me so when I arrived all I had to do was sign. He was amazing, giving me a great deal on my trade in. I purchased at 2016 Chrysler 200 and I absolutely love it! The customer service was excellent and even after my purchase Deon was there to answer any questions about my vehicle I had. Called on a monday to get a oil change only time they had was a saturday they called tuesday cancelled my appt now they want me to work around there schedule i work 6 days a week 6a to 6p im going to start taking my business to ron lewis at least they are 0pen when you need them
