Bought a jeep from this lot today, will return to update my review in about 30days, after I have time to see the quality of the vehicle. I can say that the salesman we dealt with was surprisingly honest. It was a trailblazer that caught our eye and after looking at it(unattended) we went to talk to a sales person. He straight told me that I didn't want that vehicle that the head was ready to blow and it had several other issues. The salesman didn't try to push for a sale but instead answered any questions we had as we looked at other vehicles. I do believe he sold us a sound running vehicle, guess we will find out
This place is HORRIBLE! Completely rude and unprofessional and don't know what they're talking about. The don't keep the payment arrangements that they promise. I honestly don't know how these people can say they run a business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!
The only reason I'm giving it a one star is because I can't write a review with zero stars. I bought a car from here barely six months ago and it's already, quite literally, falling apart. The air does not work, it's leaking antifreeze and oil, my tire was completely flat due to baldness last month and the battery just died. I'm literally typing this on the side of the highway. I am beyond furious. You know, I see the reviews and I think, "Screw it, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, because sometimes, the world is just full of a bunch of haters who have no lives and complain about little stuff." But, I get it now. The rating truly is justified. If not even a little too generous. Thanks, Steve's Auto. You suck. ☺️
This place was terrible!!! The lady who would not even mention her name was very rude and did not mention all the problems with her clunker that had not even been inspected for 5 years minimum! She tried to accuse me of almost crashing into another car on the lot for sale when the brakes and hand brake were clearly not working. How can a dealer even sell something so horrible and also want $1,000 plus fees for it! The lady cussed us out for almost "crashing a better car" haha what an idiot she then walked away to talk to someone else and told the other person that we don't know how to drive a manual transmission haha. I wonder if she even graduated middle school with her dumb brain and attitude this dealership needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!
Awful. It's so unclean and they are so rude. I hated being inside their building. The guy cussed and yelled the whole time. Started screaming you're pissing me off as the payment was being counted. The other worker was also aggressive and very rude when I was quiet and calm.
