Service department is a joke. As soon as my wife arrived there the excuses started as to why they didn't want to work on the vehicle. The guy at the counter even made up the name of a part "the clutch brake". I guess he figured he could get that one by my wife because she is a woman, even she didn't buy it. They don't ever have to worry about us darkening their door for anything.
Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Go elsewhere.
