I've been going to this shop for over a year and they are the very best in Morgantown. There is someone there for every type of personality. They do take walk ins, but I would make an appointment since they are heavily booked. All are so experienced and they even have a barber that uses hot lather!
This just so happens to be the least professional salon I've ever set foot in. I called this morning at 10am to make an appointment for my boyfriend. I was told the were taking walk-ins until 4:15 and to just come in. We arrived at 1:30 and just now (2:14) walked out because we had yet to be greeted by any of the 3 stylists in the store. Each of them walked to the desk at least twice to answer the phone. Only one of them had a customer. Pathetic. As a stylists myself, I was sickened.
