I had a spray tan done there and I guess it was decent but the lady was so rude! I will not return! I was told I wasn't allowed to talk when I asked a question because the person in the next room was getting a massage! Really? I can't ask you a question? Makes me think they didn't know or were hiding something!
My husband and I have enjoyed the couples massage for many years. The staff is always professional and it is very clean. This is coming from a type A ocd germ aphobic. We have no personal relation to the staff just sincerely appreciate the quality service.
I would absolutely NEVER go here, again. I went here over a year ago, and got a facial. The lady told me she was giving me a chemical peal, without informing me of what it was. It took off the first few layers of my face, and got infected. It was absolutely disgusting. I have never had acne before in my life, and always had perfect skin. I called the spa, and the woman was so rude and wouldn't give me any information of what she used. She said, "your acne isn't my fault." I've gone to the dermatologist, and she said she had never seen anything like it before. She did agree that it was very very likely that it was caused by the facial. It's been over a year, and (even after the strongest antibiotics, oral contraceptives and topical ointments) it's still not gone. This lady absolutely RUINED my skin.
Even though the owner and I got along well, she was unable to cut my hair as I asked. I had asked for a bob below the chin and brought in several pics of the same hairstyle, instead I got a hair cut that was three inches too short with long bangs that looked like Leonardo DiCapiro in Titanic.
