I love PNC. The customer service is great and the Teller Supervisor that helped me today was so nice and extremely helpful. I don't remember her name but she has black curly hair and she was helpful and courteous to not only me but the other customers as well. This is my favorite bank that I've had so far
PNC Bank is wonderful almost all of the employees are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I would of Definitely give them 5 stars if not 1 teller that works there.
Every single time I go to withdrawal cash from an account I have with my father this lady gives me the 3rd degree because I have a WV address and my father has an Ohio address which is where the account originated from.
Even after I verify the address, phone numbers, and SS#'s on account she continues to give me grief because my hair is blonde and the picture on my license my hair is dark! Thankfully I work in customer service therefore I remain calm and explain that I died my hair now going on 4years ago back to blonde and did not realize it was an issue for my hair color to be different. When really I want to say are you freaking kidding me!!! Do you really think people have the time to go fight the DMV go to get a new picture every time they change their hair!!???
I'm in this branch at least twice a week. Most of the ladies working there are nice. They remember my name every time I walk in. The bank itself is a typical PNC... They have rules like any other bank.
Really nice bank with really nice people. I'm a server, so I make frequent trips to the bank to deposit cash tips. BOTH ATM's don't allow you to deposit cash anymore. I'm a full time student as well, so getting to the bank during their business hours is very difficult. I used to be able to deposit cash, what happened PNC?
