Best Huntington branch in town
I wish it was possible to give this branch zero stars! I made a fairly large deposit & the clerk told me they would have to hold a portion of it until the check cleared. This seemed very reasonable to me & I really don't mind waiting 5 or so days. HOWEVER, a lady from this branch called MY phone several days later to tell me to watch my expenses because if the check didn't clear, I would be responsible for paying back the money that I have spent. She was blatantly suggesting that my check was fradulent. AS IF THIS WASN'T INSULTING ENOUGH, she asked me where my money came from, like it's any of her business. As soon as my funds become available from my completely LEGITIMATE check, I will be taking my business & money elsewhere...
This bank is the best bank that I have I used me and my wife are very pleased with them.. If you are looking for a bank I would highly recommend these guys .
A little slow, but great customer service.
Just opened a new account after moving here - though the lobby was closed, Mary Libersat opened the door for me and made it happen. As a healthcare executive, it's difficult to get away during business hours so her flexibility and her professionalism were very valuable to me. We're already fans of Huntington Bank in Cheat Lake!!
