I absolutely adore Willow MedSpa and Kaycee! She is very knowledgeable, understanding skin health from the inside out. That knowledge translates to the highest quality skin care for me and my family. She was integral in helping my teenage son work through severe acne, as well as helping me to heal my skin issues from the inside out. Her ability to provide a wide range of services to meet my needs throughout the year is amazing. The rest of the staff is wonderful too. Reducing the amount of toxins we put on our body is SO important to Kaycee, that she only carries the highest quality skin care and natural product lines. I could go on and on showering Willow Day Spa with excellent feedback. I've been going to Kaycee for a little over a year now (once every 4-6 weeks) and have been extremely pleased with every visit and service. My first appointment was made to address my break-out prone skin and I've since then booked many other services. The skin care line that she carries is AMAZING. I've searched high and low since my teens to find products and a professional that work for me and after 10+ years I can finally say I've found them! Unlike most places, here you get one-on-one service with a professional that recommends what's best for YOU (not, what's the most general solution or well, this works for everyone else). Like the rating below mentioned, Kaycee is very detail oriented with every service she provides. I would, and DO, recommend Kaycee and Willow Day Spa to everyone searching for the services they offer.

Kaycee, the owner, is very detail oriented with what she does. She will offer products to purchase to you, but is never pushy. She always gives generous samples to try before you buy. Spa is extremely clean. It is very comfortable and small, a very intimate spa experience. I would highly recommend any services from Willow Day Spa.
