American Homes is the Best! When our family found it necessary to move my elderly mother into a smaller residence due to her declining health, we found newer model manufactured home for sale at Canyon Village just outside of Morgantown, WV. The sales person who facilitated the purchase of this home was kind, courteous, and detail oriented, and the entire process went more smoothly and quickly than we thought possible.
Even better, we have found the management, maintenance, safety and cleanliness of Canyon Village to be superb. We have been treated with courtesy and respect at every turn, and would recommend American Homes Sales and properties to anyone.

Mountaineer Village (American Homes property) is a nice place, and sure, residents should keep their lawns up. But to charge people (highly inconsistently, the person’s lawn I’m talking about has been 2 times worse over spans of several days, and no fine) $55 for a 7 minute lawn mowing on a riding mower is greedy and absurd. Warnings are not given, even if you’ve never been fined before. Shady practice for sure, especially in October, when it is supposed to snow in 1-2 weeks.
