Belinda is amazingly helpful. If you're going to rent in Morgantown, Budget is the best. The trucks are nicer and serviced better than other companies. I've used Morgantown Budget for a cross town and cross country move. The out of town office was a horrible experience, if not for Belinda's helpfulness, I would never use Budget again.

I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend, the lady was very nice, informative, talkative, joked around with me, and did everything she could to help with my needs. I will definitely return should i have to ever move again and i will recommend to all my friends and family.

Just called them on a return truck that was dropped off over the weekend. I had a bad feeling in that I arrived at 12:04 to drop the truck off and office hours were listed to 12:00. They were already closed and no cars in parking lot. They are claiming that the back was full of potting soil and trying to charge me a cleaning fee. Explained that no dirt was ever put in the truck with my move. This is the problem you have with dropping off a truck after hours with no one to inspect while you are there. I'm now 5 hours away after completing my move and can't do anything about it.
Don't ever drop off after hours in that in my opinion it just gives them an open invitation to hit you with extra charges.
I won't be using budget for my next move. Really frustrating.
