The food is always great, and staff is always kind. I just feel too many of them dislike their job.
Wings are delicious. Service wasn't the greatest at first but it improved as the meal continued. This location is better than University Towne Center.
I usually call in an order and eat it at home. Always ready when I show up. My only issue is that lately they have been skimping out on the amount of ranch they include. They expect one small cup of ranch to last through a large boneless wings. Kinda annoying. So if you use a lot of ranch make sure to tell them you'll need extra.
Outstanding! I have Celiacs disease and these guys treated me great! Maxx was super helpful in the decision making process of what to eat. Due to them being extremely busy the night before my gluten free choices could not be guaranteed. The General Manager Marcus came out and let me know that there might be a risk. He was genuinely concerned and you could tell! I appreciate this more than I could ever express! I will always return here!
Great boneless wings the servers and staff here are wonderful and kind food comes out in a timely manner and I was always hot added benefit is the ability to heat outside on nice days and the drinks here are great
