Super fast delivery, I have ordered 3 times since living in Morgantown. Once on a busy Friday night and have not waited more than 10 minutes. Superb delivery
Order in is excellent. As for delivery, I have received about 80% perfect service. The other 20% were either the entirely wrong sub or missing the extras that were ordered like pickle or chips. On the plus side, I received a free sub to correct one of the errors and on the other errors, they gave me credits toward next order.
Multiple times we have not received our meal in a timely manner. Extremely disappointed when time is extremely important. I get about 25 minutes.... unbelievable.
They used to have great service but I just waited 40 minutes for my lunch, so my lunch break was over and when I called to ask about my order the girl hung up on me. Not very happy ! Twice in the same week this has happened.
