As far as DMVs go, this one is remarkably good, and most of my trips have been quick and painless. As with all DMVs, they can sometimes get busy and you may have to wait, but the staff have always been very courteous and efficient. Wait times have actually been quite short most of the times I went; going on a Friday afternoon will predictably result in a long wait.
not necessarily a critique of this place specifically, just the DMV as a whole. Why is it that the Driver's License ID that the DMV issues you isn't good enough for them to accept as an ID of who you are?!! As in, my driver's license from another state isn't enough to identify who I am so I can get an in-state license, yet the DMV issues this card as an identification card...seems a little backwards to me. Seems as though you can't trust your own work...?
Helpful and good staff..But i am surprised there is no diaper changing station in the restroom i had to be there for an hour and had to change my babys nappy can you believ i had to put him on floor and change the nappy.
Clerks WERE cross trained. Then, "experts" changed that. BAD MOVE!!!!!! Make all windows & queues for all services, please, once again. A 3 hour wait to do a vehicle title is inordinate! Otherwise, very polite & helpful.
The employees are very cooperative and respectful. No cheating in the prices for non-American citizens.
