Worst Lowe's I've been to. I only came for one thing. What am I doing right now? Waiting in the store for help. Helllllloooooo? Smug customer service says associate in major department "out to lunch" at 6pm. No replacement. Have been waiting for over an hour for assistance. What a joke. UPDATE: someone from another department finally came to help.

Everyone was very helpful. We bought sample sizes of paint for a second time. Once again the paint was not completely mixed.
Waited 20 minutes in lawn and garden after pushing help button. Gave up and went to get glass cut. 2 employees standing at the desk talking to each other about the female employees kids. Waited 15 minutes after pushing help button. Walked up to employees and asked for help. Was told they would be with me shortly. Had 3 other employees walk by and told me it wasn't their department. I then walked out!
