Jeff Giosi is a very passionate coach who truly cares about the members. I've been working out here almost 3 years and it has transformed so many aspects of my life. So much more than a gym and a workout.
At age 62 joining CrossFit was a bit intimidating, but Jeff Giosi has made me feel welcome and encouraged me every step of the way. Every workout has pushed me but been doable. He is brilliant at finding the appropriate variation of an exercise for all levels of fitness. He does an excellent job of teaching proper form and watching to make sure everyone keeps to it.
Love this place! Jeff, the owner, and other coaches are very knowledgeable to help you exceed your fitness goals! Once you're in, you're hooked!
