I had an outstanding experience with Precision. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Their techs are very knowledgeable about the systems they are repairing, no matter what the age of the equipment. Another important point for me is the condition of the area where they are working. They clean up after themselves, which is such a nice change from the majority of contractors I have dealt with in the past. Last but certainly not least is the courtesy, professionalism and pleasant interactions I experienced from the lady who manages the business. The reason I called this company was based on the ratings but our experience was less than one star!!! We had been having problems with our furnace and knew that it was likely going to need replaced. So when I called my appointment was set up as a repair but the lady was kind enough to tell me it could also be an estimate for a new furnace and the $85 service call would be waived. I called on Wednesday 12/13 and my appointment was scheduled for Friday 12/15. Technician came on Friday and confirmed that we would need a new furnace and that he would have an estimate to me by the first of the week. By Wednesday , I still hadn't heard anything so I emailed and called and no response. By Thursday, I called and was told by the lady in the office that he sent something to me that morning. I checked my email and I had not received anything. It was sent to wrong email address but as she was re sending it to me she noticed that email said he is unable to take on a project like that at this time. Almost a week later and 4 days before Christmas! We had very little heat-not sure why he did not just tell us that on Friday or even Monday so we would have been able to get something in before Christmas. Thankfully we were able to get someone local out that afternoon but having to order something and with the weekend and Christmas it will be a few more days before our new furnace is installed. I wold not recommend this company to anyone!
I had an outstanding experience with Precision. The fact that they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The technicians are very knowledgeable about the systems. I have had trouble cooling 2 or the 3 bedrooms in my house and after the duct modification it is much cooler in them. This company cares about their customers!
JT and Kenny did an awesome job assessing the problem when our old furnace broke down unexpectedly and quickly helped us develop a plan to replace it. Kenny the technician, was really excellent in terms of his work at installing the new furnace. His knowledge and skills seemed outstanding to me and he was efficient and courteous. The work space was left clean and Kenny went the extra mile to adapt and old HVAC structure to accommodate a new furnace and he left everything in great condition. We are very pleased with our new furnace. I would recommend JT Precision wholeheartedly.
