Horrible place of business. Seems almost like a front for something else. Store hours are a joke. They show up when/if they want to.
I've been going to this store for 10 years now; never had any "rage or anger" problems with the owner or personnel. Great place to have pool water checked and pick up pool parts/chemicals in the summer. Staff is knowledgeable as well in the winter, with ski/snowboard information, resort information and now they sell hot tubs too. This place has been in business for quite a few years now; so they must be doing something right.
