This place and the people are AMAZING! I have nothing but great things to say about their office and the staff. I had never been to the dentist before... EVER, and wanted my "first time" experience to be a good one so that I could hopefully get over my fear of going to the dentist... They exceeded my expectations, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and took great care of me. My cavity filling was so quick and completely PAIN-FREE, and they were even nice enough to offer me a cleaning that I had not scheduled. If you have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, I HIGHLY recommend that you try The Landing Dental Spa. You won't regret it!
I've always said that you only have 1 chance to make a first impression. When I went to The Landing Dental Spa for the first time on 3/7/2017 for a routine cleaning, it was like no other experience that I've ever had before. My teeth have NEVER been cleaner or whiter. I've gone from a "GREIGE" color to EGG SHELL WHITE in 45 minutes! Over the years I have been to a few different dental facilities but I have never had such an INCREDIBLE experience before like this one. EVERYONE on the staff was AMAZING! Not only were they friendly and hospitable but extremely knowledgeable. I was welcomed with "open arms" offered a beverage, hot neck towel, my choice of TV station, and last and certainly not least, a vibrating massage option on the chair I sat in. FIRST CLASS! The entire staff would answer any of my 1,000 questions without hesitation. KNOWLEDGE & COMFORT are my 2 keys when being at a dental facility. So, with all that being said, this is the place to be when your dental needs come-a-calling. I HIGHLY recommend Carly & Heather (and their staff) to anyone and everyone. FIRST CLASS establishment!
They were able to get me in very quickly to re-glue a temporary crown. However, the hygienist was pretty terrible. The attached is a pic of my mouth after I left. I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to look like this when you leave a "spa". The white stuff is extra glue that she didn't remove, that I had to remove with a toothbrush and floss when I got home. Also, I told her that the glue burned quite a bit (like eating Icy Hot) and her only response was "I haven't heard that before". My wife had a similar experience with apathy here. Don't go here.
Landing Dental Spa has transformed the dental experience. A once lifeless, sterile, anxiety-ridden experience at Landing is relaxing, comfortable, even enjoyable! I mean, massage chairs and heated neck wraps? Seriously?? You've gotta go to the Landing Dental Spa.
