Wonderful doctor and staff! I HIGHLY recommend them! A doctor who listens and cares! A staff who go out of their way and explain everything. Very clean, caring and professional.
Dr. Rusiecki just took out all four of my wisdom teeth. He and his staff were absolutely wonderful. His front desk staff were very personable and sweet they went out of their way to comfort me before the surgery. He’s an excellent surgeon and was very professional. I was scared to death because this was my first surgery but it went very well. I highly highly recommend him.
Dr. Ruscieki did a wonderful job! He's quite friendly and has a great bedside manner... At least with me he did. I went in for a consultation on Tuesday and he scheduled me for an extraction the very next day! Originally I had been told that it could've been anywhere from 2-6 weeks! So I was quite happy that he squeezed me in because he didn't have to. The only bad thing is the wait time because I waited almost 2 hours just for my consultation...it was scheduled for 3 but I didn't get to see him until almost 5 pm! The worst thing was his staff! Unfriendly and seemingly uninterested in anything you have to say except the receptionists.. They were awesome but his clinical staff SUCKS.
Wow, the DR was rude but had nothing on his receptionists. They told me they scheduled an apointment, and when I called to confirm they said there was no apointment made. I am in extreme pain from my wisdom teeth and now have to wait to see another surgeon. What a waste of my time and money.
Dr. Rusiecki is just wonderful! He did a difficult tooth extraction on me...he did not hurt me a bit during the proceedure. He also removed my daughter's 4 impacted wisdom teeth...I swear he was done with her in 25 minutes and she did great. He called each of us the next day to see ho we were doing. He is the only oral surgeon I will ever go to. My grandma from Grafton just had a consultation with him and will be having work done by him in a couple weeks.
