Camp Mountaineer is Morgantown and Fairmont’s local Boy Scout Camp. The camp is open year round and is available to both Scouts and the public. With its scenic Lake Strong, miles of hiking trails, and rustic campsites, Mountaineer offers a relaxing get away for anyone wanting to experience the great out of doors. The Camp has a large dining hall, outdoor 35ft climbing wall, amphitheater, shooting sports facilities, and over 14 campsites, pavilions, and cabins.
