Excellent customer service experience. Had expired gift certificates that they graciously honored, and the food and service was great as usual.
We had our Christmas party at the Suncrest location. The food was outstanding, the service exemplary, and the planning was painless. Bron and his team are AWESOME. I highly, highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

I've eaten at both locations (Suncrest & Cheat Lake), and for what you could spend at an Olive Garden, Red Lobster, or other chain restaurant you instead get top quality food prepared perfectly. I seldom deviate on my favorite dishes, and you'd think that at some point someone might screw it up. Well, at Crab Shack, they don't. Excellent food, friendly service, and a great place to eat. I take as many of my friends there as possible.
Great service from Casey, great mussels every time. Clam chowder needs work, but everything else is top notch.
