The store was super busy but every employee there was hustling to provide quick service. Wonderful staff!

Americano tasted like it had no espresso in it and the sandwich wasn't what I ordered. Only reason I give it 2 stars is that the staff was very friendly, but ultimately I had to toss my drink. The sandwich, although not what I ordered, was great.
I have been to this DD several times and most of the time service is very slow and the drinks I order do not taste like they should and the cup will only be half full. Drive thru is usually better service. I will never go in to order drinks anymore after the last time. There were hardly any donuts in the display at all, the cashier was rude and the staff all had a dirty, disheveled look to them. It was pretty busy and still staff members were just standing around and talking instead of helping. I wish Gloria Jeans was still in Cheat Lake :(
